The Analyses Phase of the "HIV/AIDS Prevention in Eastern Europe/Moldova component project" represents the ‶what” phase of the project (October - December 2009). At this stage, the focus has been on:

- WHAT is already happening in the selected vocational schools in terms of Healthy Life Style programs; awareness on the healthy life style issues; challenges that adolescents from the vocational schools face today; issues that should be included in a course promoting healthy life style for vocational schools.

- WHAT is already being done by community stakeholders in terms of HIV/AIDS prevention as well as promotion of a healthy life style in the communities where the pilot schools are located;

- WHAT has been already done in terms of curriculum or courses promoting a healthy life style and prevention of HIV/AIDS in Moldova and internationally;

- WHAT is Join-in-circuit and what exactly can be adapted to the vocational school context;

- WHAT is the position of curriculum reviewers and key project stakeholders vis-à-vis the proposed content areas/topics for the Decisions for a Healthy life style course;

- WHAT are the main outcomes of the consultation process on the draft curriculum;

- WHAT are the steps forward for the Design Phase.
