Echipa CMB a fost implicata in facilitarea a doua programe de instruire cu subiectul "«Prevenirea discriminarii si exploatarii femeilor lucratoare migrante» in perioada 22-23 Ianuarie, 2008 la Institutul Muncii.

Main Objectives of the Training Program:

- To raise awareness among Social Assistants and representatives of the National and Municipal Agencies for Employment vis-à-vis Migration related issues;

- To Build Capacity among civil servants representatives in the main areas related to Migration in Moldova and encourage the use of the ILO Informational Guidebooks on: ‶Prevention of discrimination, exploitation and abuse of the migrant women”;

- To train civil servants as trainers in the areas of migration, so that ultimately they can conduct training programs and informational campaigns in their organizations and region.

Topics covered:

-Basic terminology in the field of Migration: Types of Migration and Types of Migrants

- Definitions/terms/connotations;

-Migration as a phenomena in Moldova: Migration Theories and Approaches, Causes of migration, migration in Moldova; difficulties encountered by Moldovan migrants, work migration and current status of Moldovan working migrant women.

- 6 ILO Informational Guidebooks on: ‶Prevention of discrimination, exploitation and abuse of the migrant women”;
- Model lessons/sessions;

-Training methodology and Learning strategies.
