The "CMB" Training Center organized a OneDay Training Program on Team-Building for 40 Young Political Leaders selected by ADEPT for the Leaders For Change Program.

The main objectives of the Team-building Program were :

- To provide the program participants with the opportunity to get to know each other better;
- To contribute to the development of the team-spirit among the program participants, regardless of their political aspirations and values;
- To familiarize the program participants with the main/basis aspects (theoretical vs. practical) in the field of team-building process and activity;
- To inspire more trust and cooperation amongst the program participants;

- Basic terminology in the field;
- What is a team?
- Stages of the team-building;
- Basic characteristics of the stages of the team-building process;
- Roles in the team, according to Belbin's approach?
- Defining your own role in the team – the use of Belbin's test?
- Relationships in the team among the team mates;
- Cooperation and competition issues as part of the team-building process and team activity;
