Training Goal (defined by the Program Administrator): to train the representatives of the ‶Moldovan Union of PLWH Organizations” in elaboration of the project proposals in partnership;

Training Objectives (defined by the Program Administrator):

1.To train the participants in elaborating a project proposals by presenting the project stages;

2.To train the participants elaborate proposals in partnership ( training in role vs. task distribution, responsibilities in the elaboration of a project proposal);

3.To facilitate sharing of project ideas by the participants and to select one for developing a project proposal during the duration of the program.
