Outdoor Training Union Fenosa Group
In data de 12 iulie echipa Centrului de Training "CMB" a facilitat un program de training outdoor pentru angajatii Grupului Union Fenosa in Moldova. Trainingul a fost organizat de catre Grupul Union Fenosa in Moldova in colaborare si cu suportul Organizatiei Internationale a Muncii, Programul Politici privind HIV/SIDA la locul de munca. Scopul trainingului a fost de a sensibiliza angajatii, familiile si copii acestora vis-a-vis de problema HIV/SIDA si lumea muncii, de a discuta caile de transmitere precum si de a clarifica miturile existente vis-a-vis de caile de transmitere a infectiei HIV. Programul a fost organizat la Ivancea, la Centrul de Instruire a Molddetelecomului.
Activitatile programului Outdoor au inclus: Harta Cunostintelor Salvatoare; Linia Valorica; Cimpul minat; pozitia incomoda si Crocodilii si pietrele plutitioare.
Programul a fost unul de mare succes si a implicat mai multe aspecte legate de caile de transmitere a infectiei HIV, caile de prevenire, HIV/SIDA si locul de munca precum si alte aspecte.
